Yes. All our stays must have internet to be eligible for listing.
Obviously accidents occur and power goes out sometimes in the more remote locations but these are the exception rather than the rule. Keep an eye out for our upcoming internet speed test results so you can compare Stays.
All our stays have somewhere to work.
It might be in the property's own coworking space or in a second room in your apartment. It could be in a nearby coworking space.
1. Start by browsing or searching our site until you find Stay and Deal you'd like to take advantage of.
2. Then check your preferred dates are available with our availability checker (don't worry - its fast as its all in house).
3. Lock in your Deal with the Book Now button and pay the online Booking Fee with your credit or debit card.
Your booking is then instantly confirmed and we'll email you the Reservation details. No waiting or delays. Just an instant confirmed booking.
Then you're all set to turn up at the Stay on your first day, check in and pay the balance of the Deal Price directly to the Stay.
Unfortunately we don't yet provide for refunds of cancelled bookings. We suggest that you utilise your travel insurance where possible.
Should you not arrive for whatever reason we donate the booking fee you paid to one of our chosen charities or NGOs.

No. Our deals are pretty good because we've managed to negotiate great rates for longer staying guests like you.
Probably. Its more than likely that your Stay will accept cash for payment. They are more likely to accept it if you turn up with local currency. Don't be surprised if they won't accept US Dollars for payment of a Euro price though.

The total time you stay will depend on your host, their availabiity and local laws. It's not unusual for local laws to prevent stays beyond 1 or 2 months in properties designated as hotels and hostels.
All stays are priced in the Stay's local currency. As a convenience to you we show you equivalent prices in USD and other currencies based on the typical foreign exchange rates used by credit card companies at the time. The final price you pay may be different if foreign exchange rates or credit card fees changes.
We list the minimum bed sizes for each room according to the standards of the country which the Stay is in. For instance a King Size bed in the UK is usually 152 cm × 198 cm (60 in × 78 in) while in Australia it is 183 cm × 203 cm (72 in × 80 in).
Some countries, eg Germany, its normal to have 2 mattresses on thier double or larger beds set inside a double (or larger) frame.
