We arranged one of them to be digital nomad friendly ... so we are presenting you Truffle Residence as a perfect getaway in a small rural village but close to bigger towns that offer all you need for a pleasant living. The sea in one direction and the mountains in the other direction are just half an hour's drive, but a forest is just a few hundred meters in front of you. The apartment is 60m2 big and has 1 sleeping room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Toilet has a shower and washing machine. Property has a hot tub and sauna in the garden free to use for guests. Small village consists of few houses, inhabited by locals who nurture life with nature involved in farming activities. Neighbourhood is calm and only noise from some dogs, goats and tractors could be heard occasionally. Forest is just few minutes away so it's easy to escape in nature for a rest. There is a nearby train station and we could provide a pick up for you. Airport is one hour drive away, in Pula. ----Wi-Fi & Available Workspaces---- The working area in our apartment is a desk and comfortable office chair but there are also coworking spaces available in nearby town where you can rent the entire office or just a desk (www.pazinup.com). ----Local Transport for Nomads---- Buses, bike hire, e-bike hire, scooter hire, car hire ----Supermarkets Access & Restaurants---- Our Stay is not walking distance to supermarkets, bars or restaurants so you do require transport to get groceries. But we can introduce you to our neighbours that could give you a lift since they commute to the town very often. ----Washing Machine or Laundry Service---- There is a washing machine in the apartment . In nearby town in Pazin is located public Laundry facility in case weather is to bad for clothes to dry on clothes hanger. ----Food delivery---- Food delivery is possible in this location (www.valfresco.com)
