The Apartment Balcón del Mar is situated in one of the best-known and most sought-after residences in Estepona due to the proximity to the Estepona Port and the beaches. The neighbourhood is quiet, although in one of the best areas of Estepona. There is a supermarket less than 100m away. A rental car is a good idea if you wish to explore other areas of The Costa del Sol. If you wish to simply relax in and around Estepona, then getting around is simple. There are bicycle lanes from directly outside the apartment block going in all directions. The Paseo Marimo (beach promenade) runs from close to the apartment all the way into Estepona Old Town. Bicycle Hire is available and Electric Scooters are also available for hire which would be a fantastic way to get around. Should you need a taxi or bus, both are available directly outside the apartment block. Uber is also available. Getting from the Airport is also easy. There are busses that go from Estepona to the Airport, plus there are a large number of companies that offer transfers.
