The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ? This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 4BHK villa (PHASE1). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed. ? Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ? Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ?The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 1. ? Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. ? 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site). ? Parking is compounded for 2 Cars. ?Big buses and tempo travellers are not permitted to park or enter in our villa. Panchayat parking is available for an additional fee one kilometre from the villa. ?
