The house was recently renovated with quality finishes, surrounded by a big garden and it is structured on two floors. On the first floor there is a living area consisting of a large open space living room with fireplace, fully equipped corner kitchen with peninsula, dining area, a bathroom, a laundry room and a generously sized external porch. Through a suggestive staircase with a handrail in glass and Sardinian marble as well as a fixed glass window on the landing overlooking the garden and the surrounding pine forest, you access the sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, arranged as follows: two double bedrooms with king size beds with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with two single beds measuring 90×200 cm, which can be used either together or separately, a double bedroom with two single beds measuring 80×190 cm and a bathroom shared by the two double bedrooms. All the rooms in the sleeping area are air conditioned. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water completes the property. The context is natural, elegant and quiet. The interior spaces are refined, comfortable and generous to accommodate 8 people. The house was designed to offer maximum comfort to guests. The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier with reverse osmosis technology that supplies still and sparkling water, cold and at room temperature, a very useful tool to ensure comfort and reduce the use of plastic bottles. The warranty certificate and other information on the purifier can be consulted inside the house. At home you can use satellite internet at very high speed. The choice was made with the intent to offer a quality service in long-term stays for those who work in smart working. On the day of arrival, guests will find a welcome bag, with everything necessary for the first night of their stay (for an aperitive, a dinner and an Italian breakfast), to allow a carefree arrival, especially for those who arrive late in the evening or at closing time of the shops. There is also the possibility of purchasing the thick online with home delivery (via the concierge) with payment by credit card or cash on delivery. The location of the house is privileged for those who want to alternate working hours whith walks on the beach (Santa Margherita di Pula beach, about 10 km long, is just a 10 minute by walk), boat trips (Calaverde port is just a 5 minute walk away). The Is Molas Golf Club, one of the most famous in Italy and Europe, panoramic with breathtaking sea views, home to prestigious competitions, is just a 5 minute drive away.
